The moderation team reserves the right to remove any message, guide, comment, or clip that does not comply with these rules, and to temporarily or permanently ban the offending user without notice.

By posting content (guides, comments, descriptions, clips) on the site, users grant WARDOGS Nexus a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to distribute, store, and display this content as part of the site’s operation.

Users remain solely legally responsible for the content they publish.

The site is provided "as is" free of charge by an individual operator. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site (interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical failures may occur).

The operator cannot be held liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages related to the use of the site or third-party servers listed on the platform.

The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to adapt them to changes in the site or the law. The last updated date will be refreshed at the top of the page.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or execution, an amicable solution will be sought before any action is brought before the competent French courts.
